Outdoor Adventure Camp at Pleasant Hill Lake Park

This adventure camp is for kids ages 11 to 15, to discover outdoor skills including kayaking, archery, fishing, camping, and survival! NEW in 2021 is the addition of WhoaZone adventure course at the swim beach on Friday. The camp runs from 9am to noon and focuses on a different skill each day. All equipment is provided. Registration required and space is limited. 

Tuesday - Survival Skills

Wednesday - Kayaking

Thursday - Archery and BB gun range

Friday - Fishing and WhoaZone water obstacle course

$45 for the entire camp includes all equipment and instruction. The final day of camp includes the Passport to Fishing course, free of charge, and all participants that complete the course will receive a rod, reel, and tackle box to take home! 

Meet at the Welcome Center and then head outdoors for each adventure!

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By visiting MWCD Facilities and programs, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
