This camp is for kids ages 9 to 15, to experience basic survival skills from orienteering with map & compass, building a shelter, plant ID, building a campfire with flint & steel,and cooking desserts over an open fire! The camp runs from 9am to noon. All equipment is provided. Registration required and limited to 8 kids.
$15 includes all equipment and instruction. Meet at the Welcome Center and then head outdoors for each adventure!

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By visiting MWCD Facilities and programs, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
