Our Day Camps for Kids are designed for kids to explore a fun and exciting topic, while enjoying nature at Charles Mill Lake Park! Each camp runs from 10am to 3pm with a unique theme and plenty of activities. Cost includes gate admission, instruction, equipment, snacks, and an unforgettable camp experience!
June 14 - Space Exploration Day Camp for ages 8-14 Explore space, the solar system, astronauts, and more. Build a spaceship, water rockets, go on an alien hunt, moon walk, and eat ice cream like and astronaut!
June 27 - Nature Art Day Camp for ages 6-12 Get messy and let your creative side shine with projects including a guord birdhouse, footprint painting, bottlecap art, fairy garden, and more!
July 24 - Lego Adventures Day Camp for ages 8-12 Be creative and explore the use of Legos to build your own campsite, tower, bridge, and complete challenges!
July 31 - Messy Play Day Camp for ages 5-10 Dress for a mess and a day of fun with slime, sand, rocks, handprints, paint, tie dye, and other messy activities!
August 7 - Campfire Cooking Day Camp for ages 8-14 Discover a variety of food prep options, including pie irons, foil, sticks, and dutch oven cooking.
August 8 - Outdoor Adventure Day Camp for ages 8-14 Explore the world of thrilling adventures with kayaking, nature hikes, survival skills, outdoor safety, and archery.
Kids will need to bring a bottle of water, packed lunch, and sunscreen. Camp is designed for children to be dropped off and picked up. If special accomodations are requested or parents need to stay, a contact number is provided in the confirmation email.
