Show off your secret recipes or unique cooking techniques at Charles Mill's Grill Master Cook-off. Teams of two to four chefs are invited to compete to claim the Grill Master Title on June 16.
Teams must register by Friday, June 9 and attend a mandatory meeting on Jun 15 at 7pm. All teams will receive the same ingredients and have three hours to prepare a culinary treat for the judges. Judging will be based on appearance, texture, use of ingredients, and taste. Prizes for first through third with gift certificates to Turk Brother's Custom Meats.
